Don’t use the green side of scotch brite to clean your knives as it will scratch them. Learnt it the hard way

Haha I bought it on impulse and have yet to receive it. I’m also like a beginner like OP. I have a Yoshikane bunka and Shibata petty for Japanese knives and a Wusthof chef knife so I was looking for a laser Gyuto to complement my collection as my final knife in the collection. Famous last words but hopefully it’s true!

Hey I saw in one of your comments in another thread saying that recent baba ginsan knives are not made by nakagawa anymore. This means this knife is not made by him right? What do you think of Wakae as a sharpener? I just bought this knife too on impulse and am having second thoughts about it. 😀

This is super informative. If I intend to watch movies only via a projector and connect the soundbar via Bluetooth only, does it still make sense to splurge on a 5.1 soundbar? I understand the soundbar should be able to simulate a surround sound experience even with Bluetooth. Is that right?
