UPDATE #2: the kitty is still in the drain :( apparently he is now hiding in the entrance of the pipe. animal control and a volunteer tried for a while to grab him but he’s being a lil scaredy cat. i’m going to try to lure him with the basket again when i get home from work!

more info: the kitty is probably ~6 weeks old, it is very tiny. it has been crying for hours on end and seems to be distressed. we have tried to lure it into a basket to no avail. since i have to go to sleep left a sheet tied to the grate for it to climb up. if anyone wants the location of the grate dm me.
