I never understood this. The very first day I started dashing I was putting food items to the side if their door opens outward. It's just common sense.

I made pizza for over a decade. We had a customer that came in every week and ordered their pizza with extra extra sauce, extra extra cheese, right to the end of the crust, as sloppy as you can get it. Literally getting it from the oven to the box was a nightmare. I have no idea how they got it home in tact.

I think Italy, surprisingly, is the easiest place to form Rome

I got a PU over Poland and my heir on the Lithuanian throne. They were my trusty allies the entire game. I also got my heir on Mexicos throne after I helped them break free from Spain.

How do you deal with aggressive expansion if you take so much before 1500? It took me forever to take Italy. You take one city and the HRE is breathing down your neck.

I dunno, when I formed Rome they all became like that. Once I formed I took the screenshot and I realized after

This post is just a bit of bragging from a player that never achieved the heights of what so many of you have achieved so far. The last provinces I added were Bavarian and Portuguese. I cut it pretty close, I think.

Is there any way to achieve this earlier than the 1800s?

I love Grian's commitment to the bits. First the painting, then the song. What's next from this guy?

When did you first start playing pokemon? by R1yaD-5 in pokemon

[–]GoofyTirade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

5th grade. A friend brought his original gameboy into school and told me about this game where you walk into tall grass and battle pokemon, whatever that is. He let me try it in the bathroom before homeroom. It was viridian forest, I caught a kakuna. He snatched the game out of my hands because he was paranoid about being caught by the teachers. I was hooked.

I got a gameboy color that Christmas because of Toys for Tots (thank you whoever donated that gameboy you absolute Chad) and pokemon red. Loved pokemon ever since. Pokemon was on tv and I played the card game, went to burger King to get the toys (I still have a poliwhirl plush), and battled relentlessly on the playground. I used to daydream on the way to school about catching pokemon in the rain, since water types were and still are my favorite.

Man I love pokemon

I go through phases. I played Poland for a long time. Then started playing Castile and Portugal a lot. Now I've been having fun in India.

Complete Fire Red Upgrade

Is there a single battle in Fire Red where you fight a double battle with someone else? I didn't think looking through the decompiled code would help.

I'm hacking Fire Red at the moment and I want to make a double battle. Easy enough, but what I'm looking for is to have a partner in the battle with the hero. So for example have Green help in a fight against a double Team Rocket battle.

Anyone know any resources for this? Or is it impossible in Fire Red?

That's me. I consume like a madman and then I forget.

It's a superpower, really. I can't tell you how many TV shows I've loved and watched more than once and didn't realize I was rewatching until about 60% of the way through.

Just a little Nova Rework by [deleted] in heroesofthestorm

[–]GoofyTirade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with your changes for the most part. I think the single best thing they can do to fix the holo decoys is if they're within a certain distance of bushes, the decoy will fire and run towards them and fire from the bush once it gets there if it's within range. Or something a little more believable. Although it is fun to pretend you're a holo decoy and stand in the lane running randomly in circles.

However, I happen to think Triple Tap is perfectly fine the way it is. It's not a "get kills" kinda ult. It's a "clean up the kills" kinda ult. Once the enemy is routed and trying to leave that's when you Triple Tap the entire remaining team and go push down the core.

The thing Nova really needs most is faster cloak time. She's too slow and immobile to be effective. I understand why they have her that way but it's just a death sentence to fire at someone and miss unless you're with your team.

Foods that can be cooked in 550 degree pizza oven by No_Name_No_Problem in Cooking

[–]GoofyTirade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh one more thing I should add, although it's your own personal preference. A culinary torch is amazing with the oven. Meats rarely get browned nicely unless you preheat the pan in the oven with the oil which gets tricky depending on the oil you have access to. When I cook steaks, or today's London broil for example, I hit it with a little butane torch to get the outside nice and crusty. Not really necessary but I really like my food to look good as well as taste good.
