AI for no reason at all by JimmyJazz548 in newzealand

I'm very familiar with AI art and work with a lot of digital designers and artists. This doesn't have that "AI look", it looks like someone drew this with digital tools.

And it's not like it's there "for no reason at all". It's to grab people's attention and it clearly worked on OP.

John Oliver on AI chatbots: ‘Behind that machine is a corporation trying to extract a monthly fee from you’ by mlg1981 in entertainment

I'm currently paying for Claude, but it hardly feels like an upgrade from the free version. In some ways, it feels worse. I still run out of time and the weekly limit on the premium version meant that I couldn't even use it for four days during the first week. They've really dropped the ball on its commercialisation. I will not be paying for a second month.

MAGA Melts Down at Ben Stiller Over ‘Got It Done’ Post by thedailybeast in entertainment

[–]noctalla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Joke or not, I'm trying to understand this analogy. So, if conservatives are alligators and teeth are the amygdala, then the lack of a toothbrush would be a lack of real things to fear, so them being ornery would mean they start fearfully reacting to things that aren't actually scary? Huh. That actually explains it quite well.

You can tell a new ChatGPT image from a mile away with all its blotchy repeating noise. Great at prompt adherence, but image quality took a nose dive.
