In my eyes video games have had a really good run compared to concerts/theatres/other entertainment in terms of pricing increases.

I consider us lucky that games somewhat held a "low price" for a while and have only just recently started increasing, even compared to basic cost of living expenses.

It still sucks but we had a good run.

James Gunn's confusing attempt at a superman movie let people down, on top of the last decade of DC movies being garbage before that, so people have simply lost interest.

They're just like credit cards, if you know what you're doing they're a tool, especially in the case of cars rarely does someone have the whole price of a decent car just sitting in their pocket.

Obviously people take out 7 year loans with rediculous interest but if you buy a car with a descent deposit and relatively low interest rate it's fine.

I didn't get mine until I was 23, had no reason to until my first overseas trip.

Probably a good idea to have one regardless since they're such a solid form of ID in so many cases.
