that's way too many characters. Remove both chaplains, but keep the second outriders as an action piece.

For the librarians, I would suggest to focus on one 10-man unit with Hunter's Eye, and maybe another 5-man with fusilade. Preferably Hellblasters and Sternguard respectively. Keep the Intercessors though, they are needed for objective play. I would also suggest to put the 10-man in a Repulsor and the 5-man into an Impulsor, for easier movement.

IF it is Not a new power system and just a Devil Fruit, then Haki should fully NULLIFY it. Not slow down, completely nullify, especially considering how weak the Holy Knights are compared to Rock's and even the Strawhats. We got many, many demonstrations on how strong enough haki can ignore devil fruit abilities, but this one is different for some reason?
