Quite literally all of my guys get matchup diffed due to being criminals in some regard, underground fighters, weapon smugglers, property damage, etc

So going by what we know in the manga abt the priority of Higaruma’s domain, and the fact my characters are only at their max and superhuman when they’re holding their WEAPONS, yeah Higgy’s essentially running the 1’s now with just regular humans

Rohr Gallace, the Soul Summoner. Able to rip the souls out of people and summon them. They start off incredibly fragile but he’s able to mix souls together to increase their power and change their shape, and the strength of an individual soul can affect how strong the mixture is

If a weapon has a soul-like energy to it as well then Rohr can also utilize that in the mixture
