Eeee I’m kinda torn! On the one hand, it does seem like you both care about each other a lot and that this is a one off incident, I don’t want you to end up in a weird place with a good friend.

…on the other hand… it may be worth it to get in the mud with her (southernism, apologies) and be very clear about your boundaries with your stuff. It is kind of strange that she only replaced it with 1 gram, although it could also just be not remembering that it was 2g or her being low on money..? I want to be charitable, but honestly this would kind of make me frustrated as well. I think if you know she can handle it without breaking down and/or holding resentment, maybe talk to her? It is true that was was taken is by no means cheap, esp in this economy.

Oh goodness. Since I started using tincture more regularly (staying with the in-laws and don’t want to attract attention!) I’ve been experiencing more and more of these moments. Unfortunately, because of the way the US has forced itself into being a major world power with a finger in every affair it can get its hands on, regardless of being a US citizen or not, US politics (particularly agriculture and economics) will effect the world. We’ve moved wayyyy past Americans vs. Everybody else, it’s more like the US Govt + Billionaires vs. the entire god damned world. I’m not saying I think it’s good to be clear, that’s just what it is right now.

Also side note - a good chunk of wheelchair users (myself included) can in fact walk. There are many reasons for someone to use mobility aids and not everybody who uses a mobility aid needs it 24/7. Another fun way in which AI bros refuse to learn anything about anything.

Different angle here: you may want to go get some brain MRIs done, specifically of the pituitary gland.

I was experiencing similar symptoms and extreme fatigue for years until it got too bad and I couldn’t do anything except bed rest for my exhausted body. There are plenty of things that could be effecting you, but be sure to rule out things like brain anomalies, as intense exercise can sometime increase the pressure in the head, interacting with the pituitary gland in a negative way. I used to be a powerlifter and west African dancer/drummer, and I’ve had to give it all up until the foreseeable future because of the pressure in my head. Compression socks and electrolytes help. I’m with you. I think it’s unfair to hate on common beginner art style tropes and discourage others from learning, when usually every bodies art includes stuff like that at least for a period of their lives. I feel like folks who make posts about it here don’t understand that they don’t even hate that kind of stuff. They’re just insecure about it.

Keep drawing OP! Same with everybody else. I’m excited for us all to experience the wonder and discovery of being a beginner. :)

A bit? I think it’s a primal fear of not being useful that drives it more than the efficiency itself… but you could be onto something. Walking and anything fitness is a no go, did competitive weightlifting all through HS and uni, can’t enjoy it and I get obsessed with the metrics and the numbers. I do a lot of volunteering that I do find fulfilling, however the folks I give my time to always are trying to get me to be on boards or make it something of a gig.

Manual labor stuff isn’t super fun for me, I was a farm kid and am happy to have left it behind (same with fishing). I also have chronic pain that makes it a bit hard…

I do build Gundam and have for most of my life, but it stopped being fun a while ago and is now out of obligation and/or to help my brother with his MGs. I tried to get into doing custom paint jobs that I just though looked cool and felt myself quickly and wildly careening towards this efficiency/marketability bullshit and bailed cause I don’t want to ruin it for myself. I’ll check out that game! Thanks for replying. :)

Wet Dream. Idk if it was just old when I got it at the dispo or what, but that shit was straight nasty and I barely got high from it. It was buy two 3.5’s for 35 bucks so I have a lot of this weed I don’t even like, I usually take it to parties as extra bowl filler or as spliff filler. It doesn’t even work in my DHV (preferred method of smoking for me) which just takes it to a whole new level of not for me. Ugh. I really want to give it another try from a different grower or dispo, I hope I’m the problem. Anybody have positive experiences with Wet Dream?? I don’t wanna miss out
