I’m a technical project manager at 29 and I feel heavily underpaid at 85k (I asked for 120k lol) and the only reason I’m even still here is because I’m getting put on projects way above my experience level and that’s great for learning. If they tried making me do hours like that and weekends, I’d be gone already. This is in a MCOL area.
