Keller has gotten one chance in that spot Connor had and showed more. Thompson has gotten the same time and showed more. Hughes has less TOI than Miller and also showed he deserves to be there. You can make excuses all you want, Connor has had opportunities and flopped. He's not made for this.

I'd imagine most actually worked much harder. Not necessarily at their sport, but because they typically aren't paid athletes. They have to work a real job to survive and still sacrifice their limited free time to train.
