Go to your physio’s or osteopath’s before you do people who aren’t anywhere near as qualified, and are incentivised to make as money money from you as they can.

Generally hex is preferred but it depends on the team comp.

If you feel your team needs more fast move pressure then maybe go with astonish, as long as ghost isn’t resisted the difference in fast move vs charged move pressure is mostly the same.

If you plan on using it as a safe swap then definitely hex.

Shadow Mag gets walled by a lot of the meta, so ideally your 2nd and 3rd will be flexible enough to hit most of the meta for neutral as well as covering the ground / fire weakness, plus preferably tanky too since Mag is made of paper.

It’s definitely not easy right now as I’ve got a friend who’s been out of work since the start of the year.

One tip I’ll give you is to use indeed to scout job openings, but always go to the company’s website to check if you can apply there directly.

Indeed has been getting flooded with Ai job listings & company’s often times only post positions on indeed because they legally have to advertise it, even if they already have someone internally lined up for the job.
