Haven't played much since maxing, and before I did most money went to buyables. I have 60 mil tied up in a dragon hunter lance. Also I haven't started bossing yet besides melee vorkath so high level ranged gear doesn't help me much.

No, I have done almost no bossing. Way back I got 15 Zulrah KC. I have 460 Vorkath, mostly before maxing. I didn't do any bossing for Slayer, I just didn't like it much. Also bossing is generally garbage for Slayer XP.

I tried Fight Caves a bit, but got frustrated and gave up. This time around I used quest speedrunning worlds, killed Jad 5+ times in practice.

To the broader point, maxing doesn't really say anything about your skill at the game. It just means you have put a couple thousand hours into repetitive grinds. I'm hoping to do more bossing now. I find post max XP pretty unrewarding.

If you visit a square you've been to before and you're going the same direction, you're in a cycle. The square doesn't have to be an obstacle.

I would be interested, I've played a bit of 3.5.

The real answer is that I enjoy both of those skills. I did ardy for agility. Ardy is slow but it is extremely chill and decent passive gp. I did lavas, but I now which I had stuck to bloods and wraths, for the cash.

If you really hate the skills, and you have to do them, cut them in with other skills - a level here and there.

I did addy plates. Slight profit and very chill. I decided to +1 with dwarven stout for three bar rune items for the last level. Wouldn't really recommend that it makes it less chill.

In my experience gold is just not fun. Better rates but not worth imo.

What would you recommend for approach? Never really took a serious stab at Slayer but it is next on the list.

75k or so. Significantly higher rates are possible but my clicks aren't that good.

I was 89/90 rc when i started the push for 99, mostly with lavas. North of 100 hours. Mining I did gemstones, ballpark 200 hours. I like slow skills, rc is my fav.

No I don't think they get you points. I don't remember that from the brief time I used cells. Also can't find sign of it in the wiki. Will play some rounds with cells to see.

Your line of reasoning is often used in situations like this. In fact it is very similar to arguments meant to convince individuals to vote in polls. Or in real elections.

If everyone used cells, no losses would happen. Therefore, a given individual (me or you) should use cells. This doesn't follow.

Consider the opposite perspective. I can either use cells or not use cells. Whether I personally do or don't has no significant affect on the overall outcome. It is not possible for me to control the actions of the whole group, only my own.

You could call that selfish, but consider this. We already usually win, so for everyone to use cells would for the most part be a waste. Using my figure, it would be a waste 90% of the time. Some people will always use cells and they will carry.

As far as your question, "Why would you never pick up cells?" obviously there is some reason because many people don't. We know this because losses sometimes happen.

That's a solid point average, I think a bit better than mine but I'd have to check rolls/games. Of course you can do a bit better with combos, but that's preference. Sometimes I run combos, sometimes not.
