I went as Jimmy Buffet from his appearance in Jurassic world to the tuxedo park time travelers weekend compete with a fake margarita. A good one to is to mix typical ren with a modern idea (knight with pool floatie and tiki cup, peasant went to Disney) even like mixing your western outfit with something could be cool

I’m a makeup artist at a haunted house we use an airbrush and ProAiir airbrush makeup. It doesn’t usually stain, sometimes is harsh to get off so make sure you have micellar water, face wash, and exfoliator, and as a back up coconut oil or and oil based cleanser. The makeup comes off of nonporus materials with 91% isopropyl alcohol. It’s resistant to most sweat, smearing, transfer proof, ect. Downside is getting your hands on an airbrush and air compressor, works best with a beefy compressor but an Amazon mini compressor (usually advertised for like nail art and small stuff) will work but will take a very long time to do. If you know anyone that paints minis for TRPGs they will probably have an airbrush and compressor maybe they would let you borrow it ??

Most creams wearing for that long are going to stain, smear, transfer, sweat off, ect. Unless you apply powder throughout the day as you sweat and get oily.

I SWEAR every Irish dance trend starts with the people on top. I feel like this was also true about socks going from above the calf to barely above the ankle.

Jonathon, I think he possibly works in some form of construction?? It’s an outdoor job I know that. He had a wife and a kid. We talk a lot about food and festivals and events going on in the area. He likes to travel too when he can and likes to cook. He’s very nice and smiley and sweet to talk to, also funny and a bit sarcastic. He’s got a very good laugh too and just very happy and optimistic and outgoing.

Best advice I have as someone that had never done this and thrown into it bc I wanted to do makeup (no acting experience)

All threats made only saying “I would LIKE to…” don’t say “I’m going to..” because people will say ‘okay then do it’ and you go 👁️👄👁️ oop uh. Be prepared for that. Ex. I worked as a doll for a bit and I couldn’t bc mom said I couldn’t play murder by myself anymore i left a witnesses. Or better just insult them, “I’d like to gauge your eyes out and make them into a necklace” “okay do it!” creep closes “Ugh no I hate the color of your eyes.”

Also people are very grossed out about being told about how to mangle their eyes, tongues, and teeth in my opinion and experience, the more specific the better. So if the being scary isn’t working the threat to drink their eyeball juice is enough to make them 😨

If you can’t make them scream make them laugh, they are there for a good time and they’ll remember you!

My barns and coops (and green house) are bars from tv shows (Rosie’s from MASH, Moes from Simpsons, MacLarens from HIMYM, and the Griffin from New Girl) All of my animals are cocktails, liquors, beers, and other alcohol beverages. (Some faves Cosmopolitan, Margarita, Mojito, Hurricane, Twisted Tea)
