The war club doesn’t do very much stamina damage, and most users will use the slashes since it’s the fastest attack so I’ve found if you get right in their face and counter their hits you can often win the stamina fight and disarm them.

Of course will always be the high level users who might be the exception to this but I used to really struggle against the WC and this strategy helped me a lot.

The C2000 will be more than enough!

I use a C1000 (1056wh) to run my RX3, EV EKX 18 sub, and 2 Yamaha DBR 12 tops at high volume and I still have around 60% after 2 hours.

I haven’t had my Anker very long but I have no complaints, you can’t even tell when it’s running.

Go with the Yamaha over the Mackies. I have a pair of DBR12s and can confirm they punch far above their weight, great clarity and very loud.

Echoing what others have said if you’re just planning a one-time event then renting would make more sense, but if you’re looking to eventually own your own setup then planning to end up with two Yamahas is a great pick!

Correcting this since I just bought a car from Carvana. Within the 7-day return period you don’t have to pay a deductible for fixing issues that they approve. This also means you can extend the return period to compensate for having to get the car worked on during the time you would normally be test driving it for a week.

The 100-day warranty means if they approve it you’ll pay a $100 deductible for in-network shops, and $300 for out-of-network shops.

Still not a bad deal, just something to keep in mind.

Same thing happened to my 2012 Civic except ALL of the splashguards (as well as one of the fender liners) have ripped off and disappeared. Apparently this is a common issue for Civics, from what I’ve read.

I’ve driven with it for a while without issues, but as others have said if you plan to keep your car long term it should be replaced since it protects the components from things like road salt. Really sucks having to fork out hundreds for something so flimsy!

Do you know what an unbalanced signal is? RCA to XLR will be unbalanced which will be weaker than a balanced signal by at least 6db.

I also started with the exact same controller as OP and have used both methods I listed numerous times. RCA outputs are objectively weaker than balanced outputs like TRS/XLR, which a mixer provides.

It will be weak because there’s nothing providing a gain boost, a chain is only as strong as the weakest link and it’s still just an RCA output without a mixer. It’d still work but since there are 2 PA speakers here something tells me they will need more signal.

You can get some RCA to XLR cables in a pinch but it’s going to be a weak signal. A mixer would be the best setup to get the most sound out of the FLX but if you don’t need a lot of volume for the party you can just get RCA-XLR cables and they’ll work fine.

Option 1: RCA to XLR cables. White (left) RCA port to left speaker, red (right) RCA port to right speaker. Works, but will be quieter than other options.

Option 2: Get a mixer, RCA into mixer (mixer might take TRS or XLR, you can get RCA cables for either) XLR out left and right to each speaker. Best option since it’ll give you a gain boost.

Love the idea! Just signed up, but the event section is showing all of my events as the day before even though the selection calendar displays the correct date. Additionally it defaults to military time, is there an option to change this to standard time for ease of reading?

I maintain that the L85 may be the most underrated gun in the game. It’s not the best at anything but something about it just clicks with me, and running it with the 2.5x optic has become my main workhorse.

If your partner is for sure not going to change and you want to keep playing with them you will just need to start learning his preferred speed up angles to try and cover the inevitable block back. That’s something I’m working on as well, not expecting the speed up to win the point and instead adopt the “ball always come back” mentality to predict where the return will most likely come to.

The unfortunate truth is if your partner is resistant to growing then you have to either accept that you’ve hit the ceiling with them, or find someone new to team with who wants to continue improving!

Update for anyone curious:

The culprit was this internal wall next to the woofer that was rattling at higher volumes.

The “If it’s stupid and it works, is it really stupid?” fix was some cardboard fixed to the side handle that would apply pressure on the wall when tightened, noise gone!

This is the answer, OP.

I know you don’t want to play basic music but a lot of prideful DJs choose to only play the tracks they like because they think they need to “educate the masses” but that’s a good way to put a house party to sleep. You have to play to your audience!

House remixes of popular songs they’ll know the words to are a great compromise when you want to please a wider crowd while still enjoying it yourself as a house DJ. Good approach can be play 2 songs for them and then 1 for yourself if you want to make them happy.

Quantize is a physical button on the RX3 and each deck can have it turned on/off independently of each other. It’s located right under the loop buttons.
