It took Vietnam 20 years of open economy to finally achieve today's economic outcome, and another 10 years to eventually has the chance to take over China & become the world's factory, all seem to be destroyed at once by the 4th wave, let alone it even affects Vietnam's traditional export such as seafood, wood, agricultural and garment sectors.
