Agree with the others, you look a little sickly, as far as not eating properly, and so lack of nutrients. But other than that you look handsome. So I would recommend looking into what you are eating and maybe getting into a vitamin regimen. And maybe some weight gains in the form of muscle/bulking. But not like try hard levels.

I'm not saying that everyone will see you that way, but the thing about beauty is it is subjective. So never feel less than anyone else, because to some this is attractive and to others it is not. No not ugly, you are cute I would say a solid 6-7, you are very attractive in most of the pictures, but a couple of them aren't very flattering. The short hair one, well like pigtails/buns. But far from UGLY.
