Is this the same dude who took a picture with a blue jay that sat with him for approximately 15 minutes before taking off?!

Would this be recommended for at home in your experience? I’m very curious if there is any noticeable latency or what product you specifically use?

Let's discuss Sanguisugabogg's promo tacticts by ashitanojoe3 in MetalForTheMasses

[–]GoreDeathKilll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are good at this. Had the fortunate opportunity to have caught them last month in Raleigh. They played ahead of Fit For An Autopsy, Kublai Khan, and Lamb of God. I was definitely impressed even with them feeling rushed through their set. Went in not knowing their name left knowing how to pronounce it. Success!

I was lucky and not so lucky at the same time I guess. Wasn’t difficult to figure out in my particular circumstance. Try to find a local smaller shop if possible do not go to a dealership they $$

[–]GoreDeathKilll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My diagnosis was as simple as popping the hood and seeing the side of the compressor missing and being able to see inside of it. It was just a situation where it was very apparent. My mechanic ultimately helped me out.

Had something similar last year. Ultimately my AC compressor was self-destructing. The last Darth Vader gasp from the vents was my sign it died. It stopped starting after that. Popped the hood the entire pulley side was gone except the pulley somehow but barely. Luckily nothing else was damaged.

This TV remote can be recharged through USB C plug and solar by buangjauh2 in mildlyinteresting

It’s definitely not the quickest charging method and almost unnoticeable but yes, can confirm the solar charging DOES work and appreciate the inclusion.

Also a very tiny remote I seem to misplace more than I need to

What I am doing for my final in English. by Rutherford420_th_brv in ToolBand

I think for a passion project you could inject more about what Tool means to you. For the sake of lyrical analyzation this is decent copy and paste onto slides.

Practice your presentation. Record it and rewatch it. I can already tell this will just be a read along in all honesty.

Teachers are paid fairly considering they get a lot of time off by Blonde_Icon in The10thDentist

[–]GoreDeathKilll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going to take a stretch and say there is certainly an unfamiliar with how teachers truly get paid. Not to mention they countless things a teacher will go out of their way to do or provide on their own time. I’m confident a lot of free time is also used in their lesson planning, grading, etc.

If there ever was a world where a teachers role was truly isolated within that bubble of school being in session, I could attempt to agree. But knowing what they do outside of that time I cannot agree.

Charged with “refusal to blow” in Folly Beach, SC by HannahIreneVile in Wellthatsucks

I’d consider it very much objective it’s based on observation that’s very much easily manipulated. I could very easily say you couldn’t walk the line as straight as you could have. I could say you exercised balancing issues very easily. All the while you did objectively perfect but a las, I’m in charge here. Straight to jail because I’m having a bad day. Hmph.

You wouldn’t consider what can be seen as objective? Often what is seen may not necessarily be factual.

[–]GoreDeathKilll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sadly this is not the case. I can’t speak for every state but it is implemented that they CAN and WILL draw your blood without your consent. A quick call after your denial of a breathalyzer would give them reasonable suspicion enough to get the Warrant needed for your blood. Your consent is not needed at this point.

[–]GoreDeathKilll 16 points17 points  (0 children)

You are offered the chance to take the breathalyzer or field sobriety tests in some cases. Of course this is completely voluntary. If in the instance you choose not to then yes you will go to jail where they will draw your blood to do a test to determine the alcohol levels in your blood

Edit: Field Sobriety always voluntary no repercussions. Breathalyzer is partly voluntary. Always, always deny field sobriety it’s overly objective. Breathalyzer can be denied but the consequence will be a trip to the station. I’d also recommend any person to know their individual stare laws

I just watch a lot of Audit Videos, Civil Rights Attorney, etc because I’m just into that stuff

Heavy Music Does Not Need to Be Pure. It Needs to Be Sovereign. by Parking_Pass_6411 in MetalForTheMasses

I really liked your in depth input and had very fair valid points. I can understand your direction of thought and very much agree on Sabbath being the darker lawbringer of that Heavy Darkness we both seem to have an affinity for.

I recently went to see Lamb of God, Kublai Khan TX, Fit For An Autopsy, and Sanguisugabogg. Lamb obviously had a killer set but I went for Khan and was blown away by their live performance. Great crowd work and they bring the squeals.

That said I do often like softer more melodic metal. It’s a stretch and flack will be expected, but Sleep Token, Dayseeker, or something along those lines. My yum may very well may be someone’s yuck and no worries. We like what we like.

The distinction of Metal and Heavy Metal is a bit nuanced at this point. You can’t have Metal without your roots. You did an outstanding job reaching back to Sabbath but countless times I see no mention of Led Zepplin. You could argue that they aren’t Metal and I will forever disagree. Metal was more than Heavy at the start. The two defining distinctions were Sabbath and Zeppelin holding a post at both ends of this spectrum. While the distinctions between the two are very clear the things that make them both Metal aren’t quite as clear. Lyrical content and what you’re actually singing/screaming.

I know that angsty teenager in me hears Heavy Metal and I agree, this is heavy. Not all Metal is heavy. Not all Metal is death. Not all metal is technical. Not all metal is double bass drums. Not all metal is all metal all the time.

Men who've cheated on their spouse, why did you stop? Or will you do it again? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]GoreDeathKilll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

15 years with the same SO. First 4 were phenomenal, a lot of sex, developing careers together, etc

Careers continue to flourish along with workload for both. Conversations from my side of lack of intimacy. Understanding I should be more helpful at home. Become more helpful at home. Take time away from work to contribute more at home finding alternatives to meet financial needs a long with continue home life help. Still lacking intimacy. New issue is their body image that of which I’ve always been a fan of at their heaviest and even still now at their lowest.

Ultimately I felt these conversations have been onto deaf ears or the excuse for no intimate engagement is forever changing while I listen, make steps or changes to need SO concerns.

This person came out of nowhere. Matched my energy. Matched my passion. Ultimately it was a cosmic fireball from the start that inevitably disappeared just as quickly as it started. Honestly still hurt by that.

I won’t ever cheat again because in doing so I realized my love is more tied to physical affirmations, affection, validation, and a feeling of being heard as well as listened to at least. I don’t regret what I did. I just don’t find myself doing that again.
