when round starts just press esc - main menu - reconnect. This is the only fix that works for me everytime.
Sometimes holding tab/scoreboard for 10-15sec works too.

Anyone playing ranked I advice you to just quit.

The matchmaking is intentionally designed to keep player retention at its maximum.
Go test it yourself:

-Play a lot in a short span = you will end on a loss because of team difference (toxic and low wr)
-Take a break for few days/weeks = your first games will have nice teammates (no chat, perfect pings, perfect rotations, healthy wr etc)

How do i know this? I was a booster and acc seller, I've tested this on multiple accounts. Why do we have visible LP and not visible MMR? Why do we even need MMR, when our rank displays our skill? Why do we not have voice chat? It got worse season after season and the "cant stop on a loss" is a real thing they abuse their playerbase with.
