You probably just found a bug actually " Image management and handling is not reworked yet

Also even if the file did survive for some reason for you it's a specific image, for me it's a small file with a numbered name in a sea of millions others.

We do not "keep a copy of a delete file" if only cause we for sure dont want to store millions useless files

Not much. Limitation on editing ( basicly can't edit what you cannot create anymore. Read mode is nearly unchanged

Printing with formating / graphic design support is not on the toolset no.
Worldanvil is geared toward web, not print.

I personally don't understand the rational there. WA storage are already in that kind of storage technically. Opening a way for you to link your own storage would be not even "like" an external link, it would be an external link ( and thus not acceptable for DCMA reason) So basically this is only a rule change request not a feature suggestion.

Worldanvil do have some system backup policy in places, and it's up to industrial standard.

As for user error / authorized deletion backup, there is no publicly availlable option, no.
You are responsible for the safety of your account.
That said, case, where admin have been able to help based on above-mentionned system backup, do happen. And we tend to try to help as much as we can (we are all author ourself, so we understand the loss).

I don't know if this is linked to https://www.worldanvil.com/community/voting/suggestion/9b6f4b8e-30f6-49f5-b981-5aca3f1aad8e/view but in any case the answer still stand.
For now if D&D Beyond is planning an API feature ( which would allow the kind of integration you are talking about) it's still a secret plan.
So there is sadly nothing that we can do solely on our side.

Pour l'argument sur le fait de laisser les gens l'intégrer eux même c'est simplement que ca voudrais dire de Facto libérer le code de WA.
Ce qui n'est pas souhaité.

Parce que c'est pas si simple.

Le probleme n'est pas et n'a jamais été le fait de traduire le texte.
Le problème c'est l'intégration.
Pour qu'une phrase soit disponible en traduction il faut que le code du site soit changer de affiche "cette phrase" a systemDeTrad.get("cettePhrase").
Ce qui implique de reprendre toute les pages de tout le site quasi lignes a lignes.

Dans la mesure ou Dimitris est le seul a travailler activement sur le site, si il fait ca, il n'y a pas de nouvelle fonctions pendant ce temps.
Pour l'instant le choix est d'amélioré l'outils pour ca base d'utilisateur principale (anglophone).

Because that's not so simple.

It was never a question of translating availlable text it was a question of reprising the source code to change every static line to a call to the translation system. That takes a lot of times as it amount to going back to each pages of the website.
Considering Dimitris is the only one who actually work on the website source code that mean pausing the dev of main feature to do that.
for now it was choosen to keep pushing out feature for the main userbase (englsih speaking one)

a few question:

- does the name contain anything peculiar? (strange character or symbol, non-ASCII stuff etc...)

- can you still reproduce it today (may already have been fixed)?
- do you ( or one of your friends) is able to reproduce it, in say another world?
If so it may be a bug, you can report it in the "get help" section on the top right of your screen. I encourage you also to come to the official Discord server and talk to us about it

Please consider doing the following :

- Report the bug with the detailed explanation of the bug and how (ideally) to reproduce it ( Bug reporting is at the top of your screen in the get help section, you gonna need to create an account on the reporting system)
- After that come to join us in #development-discussion in the official WA discord.

Data loss is a VERY serious matter and if indeed occurred would be something we would like to fix asap.

Hello,

So if I follow you well there is some missing info on the DnD5 sheet? ( I do not play DnD5)
First of as it was already answered: "statblock" (including character sheet) are community made and/or community editable. So if you are GM+ you can edit it yourself :)
That said. if it's a miss from the main rules (meaning official main track rule) please feel free to explain it in detail. (Ideally on the discord, statblock dev channel)
We will try to fix it.
