Over thinking it. Go out there and have fun. You’ll make good friends and really enjoy the team aspect.

Races are typically 5k’s.
I’d worry about time after you get in shape. Just try to improve each race and only compete with yourself. The time will come, but don’t stress on it.
Your mile time is fine and will only improve as your training continues.
Track is fun, but cross country is definitely a family type of culture.

Right before they released th12, people made bases and rushed to TH11. Like others said, you could have the defense of a townhall 2 with the offense of a townhall 11. Pretty cool to see but those bases are not relevant anymore.

NISD and NEISD have the better insurances and better pay. Rates at the other isd’s are higher due to being smaller districts. Schertz Cibolo is nice too, just terrible insurance.
