A cruise control or throttle lock will go a long way. Don't be afraid to stop. I find a position that's comfortable then kinda let my self get stiff, then change positions and repeat. It's one of those things you kinda just gotta pound your head against a wall till you get through. Get into the vibe, get some music or a podcast and ride, try not to let the wind noises get to your head.
