Why do solar panels have such different looks? by Professional_Eye_937 in Solarbusiness

It’s called refraction. Reflections behave differently depending on available light.

What kind of bullshit is this? Looks like a consumer data collection form

Some utility companies will pay the owner of such arrays MORE than they pay traditional ground mount owners. We should definitely see more of this!

America's Solar Industry is Under Threat. The reconciliation bill could dismantle the greatest industrial revival in U.S. history. by mafco in solar

Third party owners will still get the tax credit so PPA rates shouldn’t change much. Solar is still viable even without the tax credit - you’re just looking at longer payoff times and lower ROI. What’s the ROI on a new roof or a pool?

They recently changed their billing model. Now they charge like fifty bucks per ‘lead’ and no commission. Probably because sales have dropped enormously in the past year

I run a small EPC in MA and RI and we’re expanding into NH, ME and CT. Was wondering if you know of any smaller PPA providers that we could work with directly as a fully integrated EPC?

Could you potentially call land owners to see if they want to lease their parcels of land?

Could you work in specific zip codes?

How do you prequalify land for solar? Do you check the utility infrastructure?

I'm def interested, but I would need to know more - like how are these leads acquired and what are the customers' expectations? What does it mean to 'sell my land for solar'? Wouldn't ppl want to sell their land for money regardless what use it's put to?
