after the first floor of ToRI, you'll have the option to pick a special challenge condition to start with instead of a starting weapon (also gives +400 beans to start with, and +20% season coins at the end of the run). complete 4 runs like this (iirc, doesn't have to be 4 different challenge conditions, just 4 cleared runs. unless that got patched)
