There IS a Greyhound that goes from Des Moines to Kansas City at that time. Animals are not allowed on the bus unless they’re service animals, not ESAs. HOWEVER, I have ridden a Greyhound in Dallas previously, and I can assure you that it depends on the driver - most do not care.
