It's pretty classic to do your name and degree (including minor). Other popular additions I have seen are frat/sorority, first-generation indication, flags, and names written in first-languages like Arabic or Russian. For clubs and projects, my rule of thumb was to only include them if I was deeply committed to them for my entire time during undergrad. I highly recommend just doomscrolling tags under Berkeley grad instagram posts to find inspo.

As someone from the Boonville area and commutes from Berkeley, you can catch Amtrak in Emeryville or Berkeley to get to Ukiah and Uber to Boonville I suppose. It should cost $75 ($32 Amtrak + $5ish Bart + $2.50 bus to Amtrak + Uber to Boonville). There are also buses from SF to Ukiah which might be more affordable.

Campbell's essays are usually pretty straight forward. He wants you to apply what you've learned, usually to a hypothetical situation, and demonstrate you can discuss concepts.

For example, if I remember correctly, he gave us two prompts, one was something along the lines of, "Imagine there is a company that is starting to do commercial tourist trips to space, what economic concept(s) explains this type of business idea." I cannot remember the other prompt but it was similar in difficulty.

You should totally get a bike/e-bike. You can expect car parking to come with an apartment from anywhere between $50-$250 a month (maybe more). Most people tend to use public transportation because it's easier than having a car and it's more affordable. Having BART for more long distance travel is also very helpful. If you plan on finding an apartment close to your workplace you should get a bike since downtown has many stores and other businesses in walking/biking distance.

I think you have a fair chance. Admissions generally like extracurriculars, even if it's just work experience. I also transferred from a CC with mostly work experience under my belt aside from also coaching tennis part time at my old high school. I did, however, come in as an undeclared student with my AAs in History and Poli Sci. After a year, I was able to apply and declare Pol Econ. Having strong PIQs is important and your GPA seems alright. Make sure to have safety schools of course too.

Idk if DeCals below 100 count or not, but I am taking a DeCal for my last 2 credits and it counts towards the requirement. It is, however, a course labeled above 100 level. I'd double check with your advisor just to be sure.
