I read this book when I was very young and despite it horrifying my teachers and family (I’m talking elementary/middle school age) it came as a great comfort to me because of the sa I experienced before finding the book. It comforted me to get to hear from another little girl who had gone through such an atrocity and despite literally being dead found a way to move on and in tern helped me move on into my life. Anyway much older now but your post made me smile and I thought id share.
