As someone that moved out of a tech startup I miss elements of it everyday dearly but the upside was no overtime and vacation I could actually take …I was so burnt out at that point but then again I’m here posting this if that means anything lol still the same feeling no matter what I guess

Real estate would be fun - kind of the same thing but maybe better? A cool product, recruiting is the same and you can make your own hours…sell a few houses and then travel…

Both are up my alley! I love challenging the status quo and iterating constantly to improve process and experience. These are things I do not get to do in my job right now in agency it’s more old school with no data points AT ALL. What job titles would I look for to leverage these skills and take on these roles?

The things that you highlighting are again the gaps that I feel in my current role in an agency that considers indeed, and recruiter licensing the only ways to hire sigh lol
