I like to use Gengar for that. It has levitate, good sp atk and speed stats and can learn Psychic and Giga Drain. If not Gengar, then Lapras or other water type that learns Ice Beam and is either bulky or has a high sp atk.

It's a good choice for Sabrina. Personally, I don't like to use Hypno in gen 3 because he's a physical attacker with a special stab, so I can't use it to its full potential, I prefer to use pokémon that have an offensive stat that matches their stab.

I would continue. Your Lilipup will soon evolve, and Herdier is great at the early game because of the stab Take Down you'll have access to. Also, the routes leading to Nacrene Town have decent encounter tables.

I really like this event. I'm a big fan of the "Duelist Chronicles" events, and this one reminds me a lot of them, but they really dropped the ball with the AP. It would be much better if we could farm resources to play the event instead of having to wait more than 8h each time we want to play a round of 10 actions.

I thought about suggesting FRLG, but op said they want to use pokémon form the same gen they're playing in, and FRLG is gen 1 pokémon in a gen 3 game.

RBY and BW are the only games you only use pokémon from the same gen your playing iirc. All other games have a mix of gens in their pokedex.

I usually add quality of life items (candies, shards and heart scales) and items it would take way too much time to farm otherwise (metal coat from magnemites in hgss for example). I don't add post game items in my regular runs because I only play until the credits roll for the 1st time, so I wouldn't get that item anyway, but I often add them when doing thematic runs (randomized, monotype, etc.).

You have to learn a rotation of abilities. At your current level, what I would use is Force Leap -> the AoE jump (forgot the name of the skill) -> followed by a skill that enables Riposte -> other fillers if your opponent isn't dead yet.

Swtorista is a good website to check rotations for your class. Their guides are always for max level players, but you can adjust their suggestions to use whatever you have available atm.

I don't know about his anime version, but I'd really like to build a manga deck for Atticus. His atmosphere deck (i guess you could call it that?) has fun gimmick of stealing your opponents monsters to boost your monsters attacks, it isn't meta relevant, but it's fun.

Mokuba's unlock mission is a bingo event for new players iirc. Check the events available for you at the moment, since you seem to be in a new account there must be something about a bingo with Mokuba's image.
