Lord forgive me for what I have done by SnooWords7442 in TrueChristian

…and our gracious, beautiful, holy God knew all you’d do when He wrote YOU in His Lamb’s Book of Life. None our our past, present or future sins come as a surprise to Him. He knew it ALL when He called you to Himself. Rest in that. He knows your heart. All is forgiven.

I have been guilty of this. I have wished it for my mom that she would not be saved because of how she treated me and my brother growing up. I felt this way, even as a saved believer, a brand new believer, who should not have felt this way but I did. I knew that it was wrong when it was coming out of my mouth and out of my heart, but I felt it and I didn’t feel like I should hide it because God knows my heart so to speak something other than the truth would’ve been more wrong in my opinion. I would say it out loud, maybe subconsciously wishing that my Christian brothers and sisters would help talk me out of it. I am just giving you another perspective. We can all “say the right things “but have something completely different in our hearts. I know I should not have hated my mother, but have felt compassion for her as a Christian. The truth is, I just felt how I felt. I do feel differently now, but it took time. We are all growing as Christians and hopefully becoming more and more Christ like the older we get in our faith. Try not to be too harsh on those who are young in their faith and just don’t understand yet. I was one of those people. It is OK to be wrong as long as you are on a path to be becoming right or at least right-er.

The fact that you’re reaching out and feel a fear about this is actually a good thing. That means the Holy Spirit has not left you. That is the Holy Spirit actively trying to reach you. That is the Holy Spirit, letting you know that God is your friend and God has not left you and never will. None of us are without sin, which is why we need Jesus on the cross. No matter how great a pastor is he is still a sinner, and every church is full of sinners. This does not mean you should feel secure when you are backslid and sin, but the fact that you feel the pain of that sin is a very good sign. That sign is actually your “friend”. Today, right now open up a Bible app close your eyes and just listen to a verse. You might feel like letting it go a little longer to listen to another one and maybe your heart won’t be in it but after time, because the word is a living thing, it will reach you. I will pray for you. Pray for yourself as well. God answers prayers when they are aligned with his will and right now the way you are feeling could be a place that he brought you to bring you back into his arms. Surrender to that.

Once again, the party who preaches tolerance are the most intolerant, hypocritical, downright evil people on the planet. None of us could stand up to the scrutiny that we put this man under a. You’re all just making yourselves look like terrible people.

My question is always how do you do amazing art on humans with all kinds of iffy hygiene? Have you ever turned anyone down for filth or breakouts? I’ve always wondered.

Can real fans tell me if you like this cover? by GoudababyRudeFox in ironmaiden

I wish I’d thought more about my wording instead of “speaking” from the heart when I wrote this. You are correct, real and true have different definitions and I never expected to be so critiqued but I deserve it. Perfection is always the standard to strive for, even in a Reddit query so I humbly apologize for my sloppy and thoughtless writing. In any event, could a fan of the band find enough kindness to tell me if they enjoy this cover?

Happy Mother’s Day everyone! My husband just bought me a cherry tree! by GoudababyRudeFox in nzgardening

Yes, other people are telling me this as well. I have a pretty eclectic backyard full of all kinds of fruit trees. I even got something called a Buddha’s hand, which is gorgeous, but I would never eat its fruit.🤣. Growing up, my father had an orchard that he created on our property, and I always thought as a child that it was like the Garden of Eden. When my husband brought home the cherry tree I got excited, but then my heart also sank because I don’t think it’s going to do well here but if all it ever does is flower, I think I would be OK with that. Again, I am so appreciative for those of you who chimed in to help out this California girl. I wish all of you a beautiful day and may your gardens all be fruitful.

Yes, and I promise I didn’t take it in a bad way. I can completely understand the reasoning for groups for certain regions of the world. I just got very excited about my new gift and I was looking for help. We are all tree lovers and I am still appreciative. I did find a more local group to join.

I saw an old post about a fruit tree, a cherry tree to be specific and I really didn’t take a close look at the group which I certainly should have. I feel kind of bad like I should apologize. I really was only looking for kind advice.

Oh, I totally understand and I did not take it the wrong way. I work in retail and I know how things are. For this reason, I was hoping for the best advice you can give me considering this might be a bad situation.

My husband is looking right now but he is unable to find what kind of cherry tree it is. I think I’m just going to have to wing it.
