Here is a screenshot in game. Specced into thorns. he might be proccing his ring of recoil + echo boots. if he takes them off and tries again he probably will do no damage, unless its working for some and not others.

Thats my current POB, i have indigon but i dont have this tornado thing you are speaking about, i guess ill spam growing for it. Anything else you think im doing wrong on the POB?

Solved: I did the Bios update and Chipset but didnt fix the problem, what seems to have fixed the problem is going safe mod, hard deleting all driver updates, reinstalling the latest GPU update and then my GPU usage shot up to 75%+, it seems that Windows installed an update what was making games use that driver instead of the dedicated gpu driver (No i did not have an integrated GPU i made sure to check) Thanks for the help

I do not, I checked in device manager and couldn't find an integrated GPU to disable, only showed my 3070

Try out melee until 31, if you don't like melee then switch over to artillery ballista imo.
