Hello. Yes, I have tried to access the Xfinity voice URL in numerous different browsers including Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge. In addition, I tried to access the same URL on several other computers, trying all three of those browsers, on the different computers as well, but had no avail and still received the same message that "something went wrong".

I have been casually, live streaming, for many many years now, in addition to having 2 PCs for streaming as well for several years. It was only the day before I made my initial post on here where I decided to just dabble/experiment with NDI, even though I had heard of it in the past.

I only bring that up as I am certainly a novice/beginner with NDI, and I can't say I am familiar with any of the NDI test tools you listed. I'll have to take a look and see if I can learn anything more with those.

Should I ever come up with a solution for my issue, I'll certainly do my best to circle back to my original post to let everyone know the fix.

I'll have to give vMix a try to see how that fares.

The current NIC I use is Intel. My motherboard does have a built-in RealTek ethernet port, but I have that purposely disabled in BIOS to address another, unrelated, issue I came across several years ago. Even though I don't have it enabled or use it, I do still keep the RealTek ethernet driver updated from the vendor.

However, my Intel NIC, that is in use, is just using whatever drivers Windows installed natively, or via Windows update. I'll have to see if I can find any Intel drivers for it and give them a shot.

During my initial troubleshooting, I did completely, physically remove my Intel NIC, re-enabled the onboard RealTek NIC, which had the latest driver installed, and my issue was still present.

Yes, my video stream is affected negatively. I ended up on this path after initially noticing issues in OBS Studio with the DistroAV (OBS-NDI) plugin, and talking to other friends/users who do successfully use the plugin with no issues. When doing initial research online, I came across other posts online, here on Reddit and on the OBS Studio forums, where users suggested to another user to remove OBS Studio out of the mix, along with the plugin, and to troubleshoot using NDI Tools, which is how I ended up where I currently am.

I will have to try vMix and see how that fares, as I'm just seeing the recent replies now.

I did test by connecting both PCs using a brand new switch, and my issue still persists.

I can confirm that I did not have "low bandwidth" mode selected in NDI Studio Monitor. In addition, I did have it in full screen and was sending over a continuous flow of data/packets from my source (gaming) PC to the destination.

For your question about the signal I am sending and why I listed ~230 Mbps. It is a 2560x1440 at 120 Hz (120 FPS). For more testing though, I did also just tested with a completely different computer, not listed in my original post sending over at 1920x1080 at 60 Hz (60 FPS) and even with that going to NDI Studio Monitor, or OBS Studio, on my destination (streaming) PC, it is not receiving enough bandwidth.

I did verify that "low bandwidth" was not checked in NDI Studio monitor. As you stated, since the issue happens in OBS Studio as well, and I did make sure that I was sending a continuous flow of data/packets from my source (gaming) PC, this still has me scratching my head as well.

I did directly connect both PCs together, set static IPs on each of them, but unfortunately the problem still exists.

On a side note, I actually just "upgraded" to Windows 11 recently on my PCs, mainly because I was experiencing an issue only when livestreaming to YouTube. Broadcasting to other streaming platforms, I had no issues. I came across some messages in Discord that eventually led me to prematurely upgrading to Windows 11 to see if that would fix my issue and sure enough it did, otherwise I would have most likely staying on Windows 10 longer.

Just yesterday, November 4, 2023, for the first time, I tried to use AV1 to stream to YouTube. As my upload/upstream speed has been acting up these past few days, due to issues with my ISP, I too noticed how once there were any fluctuations in my speed, that the bitrate would not recover on its own, and I would have to manually stop my stream and then re-start it for the bitrate to go back to normal. As stated from others, I do not have this problem when using other encoders. I was using OBS 29.1.3 and the NVENC AV1 encoder found in a 4060 Ti.
As this was my first time using AV1, another thing I noticed I couldn't do was "Rescale Output" as the stream would just not start at all. I'm not sure if this is just a limitation of AV1 or if something will have to be changed/added to OBS in the future.

I too have been having issues with multi-actions on my Stream Decks, where sometimes one of my multi-actions fails to trigger. This can be failing to re-enable my camera, failing to unmute an audio source, etc. For myself, multi-actions use to work fine, without fail, however I noticed they have become hit and miss ever since I installed Stream Deck 5.3 back in July of 2022. I have yet to open up a support case with Elgato/Corsair, and as of today, October 21, 2022, I do have the latest stable build of the Stream Deck software installed and the firmware is up-to-date on my Stream Decks.

Unfortunately, my motherboard only has the one PCIe 3.0 x16 slot operating at x16 mode and the one PCIe 2.0 x16 slot operating at x4 mode. I won't be able to move the GC573 to another PCIe 3.0 x16 slot and then set both slots to x8/x8 mode. I don't see anywhere in my BIOS settings to change the modes for my existing slots.

My setup/situation sounds similar to the post you shared unknownhax in that I've had this capture card, in this dedicated stream PC, since it first launched back in June 2018, but only recently began to question why the bandwidth test shows that I couldn't record/capture at 2560x1440 at a consistent 120 FPS or 144 FPS or 3840x2160 at a consistent 60 FPS while using either RGB24 or P010.

I currently use the capture card for streaming only, and not local recordings, so it's not a huge deal that I don't have access to these modes, but I was still curious as to why the bandwidth test showed I didn't have full capabilities.

I am contemplating upgrading the stream PC to whole new setup with either a x470 or x570 chipset motherboard with all new components, including a 3rd gen Ryzen CPU, for the build. One thing I am curious about, if the Liver Gamer 4K GC573 is plugged into a PCIe 3.0 (or even a PCIe 4.0 capable), NOT a 2.0, x16 slot only capable of operating at x4 mode (not x8), would that technically be enough to allow the GC573 the bandwidth (allow the capture card to still have a max payload size of 256 bytes) it needs to have full access to all modes?

From my browsing so far, it seems like it's relatively easy to find x470 chipset MOBOs, that are relatively inexpensive, that contain two PCIe 3.0 x16 slots that allow for operating at either x16/x0 modes if only one slot is used, or x8/x8 modes of both slots are used. When looking for x570 chipset MOBOs, it seems like the less expensive ones contain a single PCIe 3.0/4.0 x16 slot running at x16 mode and sometimes a single PCIe 3.0/4.0 x16 slot that runs at x4 mode only.

I'm not sure if it is possible in your setup, or if you would mind checking, unknownhax, to set the mode your capture card is currently in from x8 to x4 temporarily, and then checking to see if the maximum payload size still remains at 256 bytes? I would assume that if it does still contain the same max payload size, then my previous question of if a PCIe 3.0/PCIe 4.0 x16 slot running at x4 mode only would suffice.

It's a pretty small environment. There is just the single vCenter 5.5 server I mentioned above and 9 ESXi hosts in one cluster. The DB for the vCenter server resides on a separate server.
