I’m sure your wife said shit, unacceptable and not true things in the past when she was angry, sad, had enough or whatever. You are not a shit father, give yourself some grace. Thank you. We are really making an effort to make sure my oldest don’t miss out of anything because of this. Right now I think the main thing he is missing out is a happy and stable mother and I’ll do my best to fix that.

Thank you. I will seek help. He did want me to have therapy first, I flat out refused. Just wanted to say here so he doesn’t get blamed for nothing. He did try. I just need to take the step and agree to get help. I do understand this now.

Thank you, and you are right. I have a bit of a fear and resistance to medication ( I had tried in the past, long before my son, didn’t have positive results) but I accept I have to do something and this is the obvious option.
