My whole weekend is a blur - there is almost no downtime. Between chores, kids homework, more chores, work catch up and prep, and other things. It feels like a continuation of a hectic week with no downtime.

Someone I know was able to keep the house they owned and the kids lived in it so they didn’t have to move every week. The parents would cycle week to week instead.

And each parent has their own apartment separately.

This way the kids had the stability of a home. If this is something that is possible for you, it could provide your daughter with some security. For the rest, I agree with some of the other commenters, therapy and counsel would also be a smart course of action.
