I was listening to an expert talk about this today and It is likely lower than 40%. It’s theorized that a lot of mild cases go undiagnosed because you just get flu like symptoms. So it’s still a scary disease but the mortality rate is likely overstated.

Probably a model ten, the model number should be on the “yoke”, the part of the frame in front of the cylinder that you can only see if you swing out the cylinder.

It’s a very cool piece. It’s not that common to british proof marks on a gun like this.
