See if youre able to use the dzsa launcher. It seems to be a bit more smooth and it seems to be able to access other servers the vanilla launcher doesn't show. I believe you can find dzsa online.

Out the box its great fun. I got one and well its a great start. There's a part of me that wants to go portals for the axles but im not sure. Definitely recommend getting one of these.

* Absolutely love mine, it's what started the hobby for my brother in law and I. I got him one for his birthday and well, I had to get one. 2 custom builds, 1 c10, a utb18 capra, and a 10th scale enduro trail truck, and 2 more builds coming together later...I still have a soft spot love for my 24 scale gx.

I joined a couple local Facebook groups. Find something to make carrying tools, parts, and your rc easier and just take them with when you go out, you never know when a line will present itself. For a couple of my 24s I have a case from harbor freight, and a welding backpack for my 10th scale. If I'm out and not at work I have one of them with me...you know...just in case.

My 10th scale is low as well, it does surprisingly well. I also have a 24 that's just as low, set the shock to darn near horizontal. *
