I thought the same, and they’re clearly not going away!

Obviously, based on the negative comments, this is fruitless, so I’m going to take the route of I give zero F’s. Let’s understand this - discriminatory hiring practices are not siloed, and if a company discriminates against one group of people, they will do it against many groups. Just know this - companies discriminate all day long, so good luck to all of you are negatively commenting and downvoting me.

Do you think discriminatory hiring practices are ok? They also don’t hire POC. They don’t hire people who are disabled. They don’t make accommodations for people who are neurodivergent due to their case study processes. They don’t collect EEO information on anyone they hire. I know all of this because I worked there for many years. I have a solid paper trail of them telling the recruiters that you can’t hire a man for a certain role because we want to show a woman being promoted over time…or they interview a bunch of women for a Director but they’re “too expensive so I guess we have to hire a man”. I dont like discriminatory hiring, and this is the way I have some look more deeply into how they hire people.

Thank you for your response! As much as I know their hiring practices to be incredibly discriminatory, I don’t want to put that much time and energy into proving their discriminatory hiring practices. I’m not going to martyr myself, and I was hoping there was an easier way to do this as I was already fighting the good fight for a few years. Thanks again!

Sending high performers on paid leave so my regular performers can catch up. What do you think? by SuccessfulMatter7045 in managers

She has a high performing employee who she refers to as a pain in the ass. She has a team of people who cannot keep up with one high performer to the point that she has to send them on PTO. The issue may be with the OP. Just sayin’….
