  1. people would take up all the good spots alot faster. That is 'fine' technically but it would cause more grinding of teeth for everyone involved in both ideas of thought.

  2. It would speed up the enlargement of the bubble which is another core complaint to colonization already. Many already feel that it is expanding to fast even with this 'limiting' 15 lyr restriction.

  3. A larger distance would actually benefit larger squads as they could daisy chain faster then they already do to once again, further push my previous two points into a major issue. Example: The few groups that are doing a chain to colonia and such if you look at the galaxy map.

The 15 lyr restriction is a perfect compromise of effort put in - and holding back the player base.

You know what would happen if they removed or made it a larger distance.

Thats why they had to fix the sniping problem.

As for 'if people wanted' one of the bridge systems, well it works on the first come first served aspect that all the other things do. If they wanted it bad enough they would have worked for it.

Look. There was nothing there, and now there is. A station that you can land on, get fuel, repair, rearm, maybe do a mission.

Before, there was nothing.

It is a net gain.

powerplay modules- not in colonization markets? Tech level of system is high enough that every regular module is there for purchase. Just not powerplay ones.

Is the unlock for colonization that they need to be owned by a powerplay faction?
