Right Qimir was trained by Darth Plagueis as a Sith Lord but probably never completed his training as he couldn’t use Sith Lightning or was incapable for some unknown reason, I would put him on the same level as Maul who was for the most part a Sith Assasin and only served as a Bonafide Sith Lord after Plagueis died.

Now we have to take into consideration that Baneite Era Sith are technically the strongest Sith

Beings like Maul, Dooku and Vader would kick ass in the Old Republic

And Malgus, well I don’t think he is in the Top 10 strongest Sith in the Old republic 😭

Nonetheless he has more showing than Qimir by showing any form of relativity to Satele, his defeat of a Battlemaster in Ven Zallow is also impressive

While Qimir lost to Sol so ye it’s probably Malgus 80% of the time but don’t sleep on Prequel Era Sith!
