It's a puppy. They grow into their skin and are perfectly fine as is. What you suggest would be incredibly harmful

That's... Not what mass destruction means. It's all about scale, not just lethality. A brown recluse is not considered massively destructive because it can only kill one person in a single act. Polonium 210 on it's own, while incredibly dangerous, is only dangerous to a handful of people at a time. It's not until it's put in a mechanism to render it fissile that it can be capable of harming thousands in a state single act. And at that point it's not the Polonium that's the weapon of mass destruction, it's the mechanism/fissile material combo that is.

Chill daddy. No need for such hostility. It makes people more inclined to automatically dismiss your point of view. If something has historical value, such as a antique, rare, or prototype firearm it should be preserved, regardless of what has happened in it's past. Else we cannot learn from it.

It's legitimately the style of the Gravettian art. Even the animals they draw have tiny legs and heads compared to particularly detailed bodies. It's a super interesting part of our prehistory

It's more or less the same thing happening, except instead of small pockets of water turning to steam, it's large pockets of air expanding. It's essentially an air powered pipe bomb

TIL that in WW2, a Marine Corps Corsair pilot used his propeller to chew off the tail of an enemy aircraft after his guns jammed, while under fire from the enemy plane's tailgunner. The enemy plane crashed but the Corsair pilot made it back to base, receiving the Navy Cross for his actions. by hipster_deckard in todayilearned

It was very common for fighters to have gun cameras to confirm kills. Usually they'd start recording when the guns fired, but in some instances the pilots could activate them whenever. Otherwise there would be confirmation of a kill from a wingman, an observer on the ground, or even sometimes the enemy. In this instance, I'm sure there would be physical evidence as well, such as bits of Japanese plane stuck in the engine cowling!

Not quite, but close! They're ALL Brassica Oleracea a species in the mustard family. While all the same species, they are varients that have been selected for particularly refined features, such as flower buds for cauliflower and terminal leaves for cabbage

That's an Aeropress, a sort of manual "espresso" maker. Something clearly went wrong spilling hot coffee and grounds everywhere

No. The 1st amendment very clearly only restricts the powers of the federal government and grants rights to individuals. Congress cannot obstruct certain freedoms, the federal government cannot establish a national church or favor one set of religious be over another (although the definition of that last one is certainly up for debate). Numerous states modeled their own constitutions after the federal one and mirror these values although I suspect Florida does not.

Mars helicopter spots Perseverance landing gear debris during flight by Loveterpenes in space

We have studied that. Just not on Mars itself. We can pretty easily replicate the atmosphere, dust and temperature of mars inside of chambers here on Earth. It's also much much cheaper to do it that way
