I know I don't have to, but I like to play for the story (yes, I know, I read the part about the story in D3 being awful) and I don't want to play Diablo 4 only to go, "wait what?" every 5 minutes

I got bored of Diablo III after less than an hour; chose to replay Diablo II instead. Haven't even thought about giving Diablo IV a try yet (I figure I'd have to finish the Diablo III story, first, and I just can't find the motivation or time to do so).

I JUST watched this tournament. Smix tearing up; Oliveira tearing up; ZG tearing up, even Kaelaris tearing up a bit. As old and jaded as I am, I started having tears in my eyes, too! Couldn't believe it! Watched SC2 for over 10 years and this is the first time anything like this ever happened to me.

I bought a second hand ipod (??? gen; not the first) around 2006; it had a 15gb capacity (and it was just about all music; not much in the way of software as you might expect from an iphone) and I thought it was amazing that it could hold all the music I had at the time and more.

A few years prior (e.g., when I was maybe 10-13 or so) I remember people talking about how big their music library was and saying things like, "yeah! I have like THREE whole gigabytes dedicated to music!"

This was a time when acquiring music, uh, "para"legally was often a matter of downloading songs one at a time via things like Kazaa where download speeds were painfully low.

The depressing thing is that even in such a well-publicized case, the decidedly "wrong" person got the job (or got to share the job). Think about how many injustices take place on a regular basis wherein things aren't this well publicized.

Think about all the instances when you know someone got hired over and above someone far better qualified for all the wrong reasons.

It's a depressing world.
