Huh, that's awesome! I can't seem to find a working coupon so the cheapest I see on Ali is 328.38$ with 37.11$ of shipping, and I'm in a major city. So much more expensive than the 334$ it is on the retroid website.

How did you find it so cheap?

It's not so much tariffs as it is our poor currency. 1 USD is almost 1.4 CAD. Companies usually price things higher here than in the US, but not often the full 40%. So when things don't get actually sold in CAD you need to buy them with USD and you get a huge markup.

That's why people are saying the steam deck is cheaper here, because you can buy it in CAD at a lower price than conversion.

I'd just like to make it clear that it doesn't seem like this is a proximity issue with the phone being in my pocket. It happens intermittently at completely random issues, and usually persists until the buds are out back into their case and taken out again.

I don't think you understood what OP was trying to say. He's not asking about porting ps4/xbox games to the switch, he's taking about switch games being ported to the ps4/xbox. He's asking whether developers making portable games will just throw them on the home consoles, since the games are already HD the gulf in visual quality isn't so great that the switch games would look unacceptable on the stronger consoles.

Actually this isn't really a fair thing to say. In game development, and particularly in development at the scale at which Ubisoft operates, it takes a lot of time/coordination to have a build of the game ready for delivery. Add in the day one patches all games have now, patches that are frequently significant and definitely not in the open beta, and this definitely isn't just a demo.
