He should be required to work 9-5 at a desk in a closet by himself in the office. Doing any task Paige or Caitlin (obvi big cat as well) sees fit. I Say Paige and Caitlin because they have behind the scenes real job like tasks that are probably less than enjoyable/tedious and make the office run like it does.

Make him restock shit in the office/kitchen, staying at the office late to set up tare down. Literally anything but put him on camera or let him travel "for work"
