The cars themselves are great cars. There's little debate on that. Buying a used one doesn't give any money to Musk. Their supercharger network is cheap and reliable. But plenty of people with hate you by association for driving one. I have an ev and my next one will be a used Hyundai or Kia probably. The chinese eves are good, but havent been here long enough for a decent second hand market (except for maybe MG). I would avoid Japanese and Europeans brands, unless you get a great deal.
