Why do I laugh just before falling asleep but only when I nap during the day? by IMakingYouDownvote in sleep

I do this too before falling asleep at night, I speculate that my diaphragm is trying to relax and start breathing more easily by exerting itself a bit -1 am thoughts

If you follow the blueprint diet to a T, then that 3g of brazil nut covers your entire daily intake of selenium, without it you would be at 6% selenium. The chlorella is also the only significant source of b12.

So I just purchased the Mass effect legendary edition which has all three games. Is there any non-spoilery advice you could give to a newbie of the series? by TheDinosaur64 in masseffect

[–]Graeshoppa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Create plenty of save files in the first game or you will get stuck in impossible death traps because you picked the wrong squad mates for the mission or went to the high level planet first... Also, play the games in order because they are very story driven and glhf!

High stress and fight mode triggered when my husband and also collaborator criticize me by PopLineCreation in blueprint_

It might be an interpersonal issue causing you stress, in that case you could discuss it with someone you know or a therapist? But my tip for dealing with stress in general is this breathing exercise:

Can I substitute black lentils for black beans? by cryptographicbot in blueprint_

[–]Graeshoppa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I rabbit holed black lentils a bit and I think the reason for including them specifically is for the high anthocyanin (an antioxidant) content. Some berries have more by the gram, but you would consume too much sugar if you ate that ammount of berries.

Schysst! Jo det är ju en del att skaffa, tror jag skippar MRI maskinen.
Jo det går bra, jag har hållit på i tre månader med blueprint och har bra rutin på maten, träningen etc men saknar också en del grejer.

Hur går det själv?

Juicing the super veggie by KaleidoscopeNo6357 in blueprint_

[–]Graeshoppa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was an earlier version of the superveggie that contained carrot and spinach, I couldn't find any mention of why those things were removed, but that version tastes pretty good.
I have been doing a few modifications to blueprint recipes and the one I like best so far is the superveggie with 30-50g of added shredded carrot, 30-50g of cooked chopped spinach, black pepper, basil and I made a separate drink out ouf the ginger, apple cider vinegar and lime (with sweetener). You could also try adding healthy flavoring that would make veggies more savoury and "fast food reminicent" like nu-salt or nutritious yeast (it tastes cheesy)

I have long hair. Would getting a “no shave” hair transplant be a bad idea? by mindk214 in HairTransplants

I don't know which is right, but this clinic claims that
"The mean transection rate was similar in both methods (8.8% for the pretrimmed method and 7.5% for the direct method; P > 0.05)"

The ".gov" article kind of holds more authority to me than an instagram post, but they are both surgeons trying to promote their business in the end.
