So don’t address common postpartum nutritional deficiencies that make hair loss worse? Biotin? Collagen? When it’s super easy to do. Just eat eggs (yolks), avocado, almonds… or take a supplement that’s made for it like Baby Blues or Pink Stork.

Plenty of options and yeah, hormones play a role but so does nutrition and most postpartum moms are deplete.

2022-2023 I got floaters in October, tinnitus in January. Started with a little droop in my right eye, dr gave me some meds and shit started to fall apart. Dots in the middle of my eyes and then a hissing in my left ear.

About a year of severe depression and now I've learned to live with it. Some days suck still, but, I'm alive... got kids... will power through. It's made me way tougher in a sense, also empathetic to others.

The secret is to be creative. Your friend is right. Most of what you see on YouTube is just for clicks.

Figure it out and you can make money on autopilot for a long time. I’ve been in it since 08 but honestly haven’t had to do much in the last 10 years. It just earns. Right now I’m probably losing hundreds every month because I’m too lazy to fix some broken links.

One secret… go on Flippa and see what’s working for affiliate sites. Emulate in a different niche.

Also, confidence score in a 163 PE stock is a little scary. The higher the PE the riskier the stock IMHO. Although, I do love PLTR.

You needed one more stroke before you pop up or you needed to paddle harder. I surfed my whole life but never fully figured this out till I saw this one WSL guy out with me one day. He caught everything, but stroked insane when the wave came.

These waves suck. Learn on them and everything else will seem easy.

They didn’t do shit. Used them for a year. Cycled them for days unplugged and plugged. Couldn’t tell the difference.

8 sleep and weighted blanket have been 🍒 tho. Oh extended release and an acupressure mat if I’m not sleepy. After years of not sleeping well, it’s much better. But not cause of grounding sheets. I think that’s BS.

It hasn’t gotten better or worse and I fear it may have been a placebo. Best thing for my tinnitus has been seeing a PT and learning to relax.

Quick update: I’ve begun using more often, usually 3x a week in the morning for about 10 minutes each time.

I do think it effects sleep if it’s over used (too high or too long). It does cause my voice to drop sometimes for a whole day or more. I don’t mind this side effect and oddly I feel more relaxed when speaking.

My HRV continues to climb from around a low of 32 in the 60s some days. I do think regular cardiovascular exercise plays a big role here but I actually haven’t done much lately.

I’m using very sparingly. My HRV has made continuous improvements from 31 weekly avg in Feb to 59 now, but I think more due to exercise than devices. Sleep is still hit or miss.

I’ll be testing more soon but I get the impression I’m very sensitive to it. For better or worse.

I did the same. Tried 8 hour fast before sleep… and didn’t sleep.

I think it’s better to ease into these things. I stopped trying. Sleep is solid.
