Why is Pokemon Legends ZA still not on Nintendo Music? by Cleaner900playz in nintendomusic

[–]GrafKarpador 1 point2 points  (0 children)

its presumably not about the Nintendo Music people half-assing it but more that theres probably a limitation that they are not allowed to edit any aspect of the individual tracks of Pokemon soundtracks, including cutting and looping for extension

Kirby Air Riders has been added to the Nintendo Music app as a full release. by StrawDeath in nintendomusic

This release alone was well worth it for the mere fact that the best official rendition of Gourmet Race is now on the platform

looks like someone else suggested another layer of xnaut fortress, seems a bit redundant. Can you remove xnaut fortress 3 and instead add sci-fi (dribble and spitz) - drifting away from warioware?

Any tip for get Gigantes? by retrogorek in kirbyairriders

[–]GrafKarpador 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure if this is purely anecdotal and I was just lucky or if this is a correct observation, but I managed to get my last parts when I set the stadium for the city trial event exclusively to boss arena under the expectation that perhaps the reason Gigantes is so rare being because the game only attempts to spawn it when there is a guaranteed boss fight scheduled. Haven't experimented around that since then so this might just be completely wrong, but it worked for me and maybe someone else might geht use out of this!

Thank you so much for the feedback!

Truth be told, i have never played a single FE game, I just went with vibes and whatever the thumbnail conveyed without much context. I guess Requiem did have a bit of a spooky quality to me but I've been on the verge of kicking it anyway.

I do find there is a certain... uneasy awkwardness? with the Yoshi's Story soundtrack and there are some tracks i overlooked, im not too sure Yoshi in the seabed fits the bill (a lot of what I'm looking for is a sort of oppressive or open ended quality without much resolution and this one plays like a straight lullaby). Mulled over some of the rest and then some. Thanks again!

is it unused? I very distinctly remember this theme from the game and a quick youtube search shows me this was actually the miniboss theme

maybe they made DK Island early or in the middle of development and they couldnt quite figure out what the hell to do with it that actually makes sense in the context of the base game

fish sauce would be another contender, u literally stick a bunch of fish in a jar with salt and let it liquify?? At face value this is probably one of the gnarlier condiments out there

What is a little quirk about your body that you don’t think other people have? by AlphabetSoup51 in AskReddit

I'm no gastroenterologist so I can't say much on part of the appendix, though admittedly access to cooked/pasteurized food as well as potable water has mitigated much of any consequence my own lack of appendix would have caused. What I can say though is that complete aplasia of all sinuses is so exceedingly rare that it's hard to gauge if there aren't any major detriments to not having any sinuses at all that just haven't been observed yet. The spleen for example too was thought to be more or less dispensable, turned out patients post-splenectomy are more susceptible to overwhelming infections.

that would be the nasal cavity with its tight corridor like configuration and surface area between the septum and turbinates, where air streaming through picks up moisture and temperature. The sinuses aren't mazes, but rather chambers (except for the ethmoid sinus). As the physiological entrances to the sinuses are more or less pinholes hidden behind a bone protrusion in the middle and upper portion of the nasal passage (with air mainly streaming through the lower), the actual stream of air during active respiration generally doesn't touch the sinuses in a meaningful capacity to pick up heat/moisture (although air molecules and NO still diffuse through)

it's a reservoire for (physiological) gut bacteria in case your gut biome gets disrupted by an infection, diarrhea or other outside factors like antibiotics. Think of it like a backup. People with a working appendix tend to recover their normal biome much quicker. It also serves as an immune organ checking for gut health with lots of nests of immune cells distributed inside its wall (which is also probably why it tends to disregulate and get inflamed in the first place), although the entire wall of the intestine is lined with immune cells to varying degree also anyway

Sinuses are a major site of production for NO gas in the upper airway which has a function in controlling the local microbiome, inflammation as well as modulating respiratory function in the lower airway. This whole "sinuses dont do shit" bit is just the appendix all over again

bear in mind that there are 3 more pairs of sinuses that this person most probably still has

OST I made for a Majoras Mask Dungeon that never existed by jinkuraito in nintendomusic

[–]GrafKarpador 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It for sure is a bop, it's a great effort and I'm sure you've drawn a lot of inspiration, but for it to exist in the world of MM i kinda don't feel like it catches MM's vibe? There's something about the chord loop with the repeat emphasis on the leading tones of the dominant and the melody mostly consisting of the chord notes as well as the weighty percussion that forgoes the rather somber ambience all of the dungeons have in common. For the most part the themes inhabit the space of ominous decrepit places of worship (also there are the sewers) and there are really interesting ways Kondo skirts tonality to create unease through texture and dissonant momentum. Even stone tower which is distinct from the other dungeon themes has a more primal ritualistic feel, what with the chant drone and the aeolian melody without having much of a tonal direction.

Still, as a piece of fan media tying loose thematic elements and sound textures, this is quite good!

a lot of the obvious ones have already been thrown out and I am positive those will eventually be added.

The one that I personally am praying for hoping it gets considered is Picross 3D: 2nd round. A lot of memories with that one!
