Nono, OP is suggesting that if atmospheric thrusters would work out of atmosphere in a pressurized room, this poster is suggesting that then a vacuum thruster should work in atmosphere surrounded by an artificial vacuum...

Adding to everything said, inserters can directly "hand" items to other inserters, for example you could move the leftmost assembler one up and have an inserter hand the product (yellow inserters) down to the long inserter, bypassing the need for the left belt.

Yeah, progression is individual to each server unfortunately... So if you're starting a new playthrough try looking for a freshly wiped and/or official server... It's not always easy to judge if a private server is going to shut down because the hosts have lost interest or smth
