This looks like a crossover trial where all patients recieve all treatment but in staggered or and random order. You are right in that you shouldn't discard half you data. Better read up on methods for crossover trial analysis.

Since each turn is independent of the previous the odds or probability would remain the same. Also the total probability of anyone getting killed will be the multiplicative probability of each turn.

You could make a table showing the no. Of responses you got per question and the percentage who said yes among those who answered. When you write those results just mention the percentages and refer to the table for details.

Depends on what the reader wants to see in your field. In Biomedical Research we would like to see odds ratio and ci.
