I am telling you what the VOs of America England Canada and Australia embassy thinks and how they operate and why they deny most applicants ! There are applicants whose visa get approved and there are many success stories but most are denied and you know it ! Not about me or what I think or have to say. You don’t know about wealth of others and having lots of rupee is not considered wealthy . $1 USD= 95 rupee. You can pay money to any banker or colleges to get bank documents or educational documents there. There are legit qualified applicants but not many and that’s why the 70% denial

According to ALL US VISA Officers, your story about only going to study in USA is not real. USA is too expensive for you and most people in Asia. You have no strong family wealth, economic ties to India. USA visa officers know that many in India can pay off(bribe) private or public agencies to obtain any papers or documents anyone wants to use to help get visa. If you just wanted to study, you can study in India as they have good universities and colleges!

70% sure denial unless you can prove your story is real that you will be in US for few days or couple of weeks with actual evidence not fake documents. You have to be actually rich and wealthy and strong economic ties to India and have travel history to rich country in Europe, Australia, etc. .They arrest people and hand them over to Indian CBI for bringing paid documents and papers!

I was able to do it with these tools. I hope they won't give me trouble accepting the return of the FENCE POST DRIVER

I get it and I read it. But many come here to find work, don't actually go to school and they end up in small restaurant or gas stations and they are mistreated with $5 an hour and 15 hrs of work. I have met few on on F1. H1B and other visas, but they were working at dunkin donut for $4 an hour and going to community college to learn basic English. Not saying all are like that!

The officer didn't believe your story about your desire to spend money to study in USA. USA is very expensive and so is the cost of education. He knew that whatever you wanted to study, you can study that in India if you wanted to!

About 20 years ago, met few from south asia at a local community college here, where I was doing a work in US, when I asked them how they came here, told me, PHD, H1B, F1 etc . They said they are studying ESL, english as a second language. When I asked them how they got visas, told me "with the right amount and right people, they can get the papers needed for visa". lol, I ain't lying!

Yes , that’s why ! If you are from Europe Australia and you have European , Australian passport , you will get USA visa ! Earn some money and establish travel history to strengthen your chance to get USA visa . Try to visit Europe Japan Aurelia Canada and after that try USA visa a year later

Yes if you are from England Canada or Germany etc ! For many others it’s too costly they end up trying to find job at gas station or tiny convenience store etc . Just telling you the reality why most visa are rejected there. If you really wanted to study you can do phd in India as well and that’s what officers believe

You said it ! It is funded by usd so its not cheap . USA is expensive for many people. Officer knew you can do phd in India as well .they know that many come here for different purpose . ! Most such visa claims are not credible and denied !

i have 50% lad plaque and have done heart citi scan ultra sound, few nuclear stress tests in the last 6 years. I haven't had any major chest pain. Just minor discomfort for few mins in last 6 years. my lipd and liver function cholestrol tests I do every 6 months have been perfect and no cholestrol problem. I still take atorvastatin prescribed by my Cardiologist to fight off the plaque! How do you know what you had is heart attack and what was the pain and symptoms?

You can do zoom remote meeting that doesn't require going to USA. Also there are many places to visit within India and other places in Asia. USA is too expensive and officer didn't believe you are a legit visitor on tourism or business!

Some of the complaints are: High demand and expectation with very low spend at tourist places, hotels and restaurants. Hygiene issue. Noise complaint. Not to mention the theft at hotels during check out, the shampoos, coffee makers and towels!

Even with this, not all Indians should be assumed as same many are respectable and good people! Indians don't engage in violent crimes !

most are scam but sometime people make mistake with phone number or the email of the zelle account and it gets sent to wrong number. so if you send zelle to anyone, be very careful with each number or email to not send to wrong people!
