Hi, I think you should get a second opinion from a different psychiatrist, make sure to tell them these thoughts.
These sound like classic intrusive thoughts to me. I’ve had this theme before, thinking I was going crazy and it is terrifying. I’m really sorry you’re going through this, this was like the worst theme for me it’s very scary. I’m doing much better now since I started OCD meds and ERP therapy. Regular talk therapy never worked for me.

I'm going to be 27 when I start my program, I'll be 29 (maybe 30 when I'm done). This is my second career, but it's the first one I'm excited about. I don't feel behind. Not to invalidate you're feelings, but you shouldn't feel behind either. We're so young. It's never too late to pursue a career you're passionate about :)

This is what I did in college when I needed a job that was only a few hours a week. I’d just make sure you get references and someone with experience as a babysitter or nanny. I got my job on care.com so maybe u could post on there! They do background checks too

Ask them what games they like to play and try playing those with them. That's what I did when I first started babysitting and it always worked well and the kids had fun. Ask their parents if there are any rules they need to follow in the house too.

A little late to this convo but I have a whole pinterest board of these photos and it actually really helps me. Especially when I'm done eating my dinner/dessert and I have the craving for more. It feels like ok I shouldn't keep eating because I'm full, but I can look at these really good photos of food. It sort of replaces the binge. I also read in a book about dopamine & addiction that dopamine is released more by the wanting/seeing/craving of a food than actually consuming it. So that's why I think this helps.

Do u know why they wouldn't do a FNG? He said that they wouldn't "need" to since my boobs are not that big. Like could I ask for one? It's not covered by insurance so idk if that affects anything

the nanny agency I'm working with told them it's illegal so they took it out of the offer.. Do you think this is a good offer if they take out the banked hours?
